Abstract : Houses on the waterfront community in KohKret are caused by local wisdom which has been through various deficiencies of the house continuously for a long time to suit the climate and terrain of KohKret which causes the current house style. In presenting the physical data of this KohKret waterfront community Is only part of the study Physical characteristics of the residence In order to know the origin of the physical characteristics of the housing in the community Case study of KohKret waterfront community area With the objective to study the housing model group Within the community of KohKret waterfront In relation to the physical environment of the community on the waterfront with other communities in the area And then analyze the data within the area By means of a study, collecting data from physical surveys within the KohKred waterfront community and collecting data from questionnaires when receiving data from the questionnaire Therefore, using the information obtained to summarize the results of the research design The results of the research concluded will be able to be used in the learning of physical characteristics of houses, communities along the KohKret waterfront.
