Paper Title
Innovative Bonding Agent of Steel Bars in Concrete Made from High Calcium Fly Ash Geopolymer Mortar Containing Hybrid Cement

Abstract
This article presented the influence of hybrid cement (HPC) replacement, sand-to-binder ratio, sodium silicate-to-sodium hydroxide solutions (Na2SiO3-to-NaOH ratio) and liquid alkaline-to-binder ratio on compressive strength of high calcium fly ash (FA) geopolymer mortar. The FA was replaced with HPC at the ratios of 100:0, 90:10, 80:20and 70:30.The sand-to-binder ratioof 0.5, 1.0, 1.5,Na2SiO3-to-NaOH ratios of 1.0, 2.0, 2.5,and liquid alkaline-to-binder ratios of 0.45, 0.55, 0.60, 0.65,were also tested.Constants14M NaOH concentration was used in all mixes.Test results indicated that the compressive strength tended to increase with increase of HPC replacement. The compressive strength of geopolymer mortars at sand-to-binder ratiosof 0.5, 1.0, liquid alkaline-to-binder ratios of 0.45, 0.55 and Na2SiO3-to-NaOH ratio of 2.5, were the best results. Therefore, all of FA geopolymer mortar containing HPC with different sand-to-binder ratio, liquid alkaline-to-binder ratio, Na2SiO3-to-NaOH ratio meet the requirement of chemical anchorage except Na2SiO3-to-NaOH ratio of 1.0.
