Abstract : Many countries have adopted smart city applications, and the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated this trend,
highlighting the benefits of smart urban planning. The role of human psychology has become crucial amidst this technological
shift, as it significantly influences how individuals perceive, interact with, and respond to their environment, particularly
during disruptive events such as pandemics. This paper aims to explore the relationship between smart spatial planning and
human psychology, emphasizing the impact of smart urban planning on community behavior and mental health, by integrating
technology with psychological insights, the goal is to enhance urban living.
